Tahel Shai is a mental health therapist that takes a systems-oriented approach, recognizing that our experiences and challenges don’t exist in isolation, but are deeply shaped by familial, social, cultural, and broader global contexts. She believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and strives to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Tahel is passionate about helping children, families, and adults understand the underlying “why” behind emotional and behavioral challenges, as it can open the door to greater insight and meaningful change. Her therapeutic style is grounded in collaboration and curiosity, creating a space where clients can deepen their self-understanding and build self-efficacy. Tahel has a particular interest in working with trauma across the lifespan and is dedicated to helping individuals and families process difficult experiences, strengthen resilience, and move toward healing. Tahel can provide therapy in both English and Hebrew.
