
Maureen Torraco is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing psychotherapy and clinical care across outpatient, hospital, and community-based settings. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, and the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. Maureen’s approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. She views therapy as a space to better understand ourselves, recognize patterns, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Her work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed and somatic approaches. As a musician, Maureen also values creative expression and may incorporate music or art when helpful to the therapeutic process.
