​Maria Romanoff Rand is an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has treated patients and led nursing teams in various clinical settings including inpatient psychiatry, in-patient medicine, outpatient psychiatry and as an RN in the military. Dr. Rand provides patient-centered care where she supports the patient in obtaining their treatment goals through the use of medications and therapeutic techniques designed to encourage changes in thoughts and/or behaviors. In addition to her clinical services, Dr. Rand is passionate about mentoring and education of psychiatric nurse practitioners and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of New Hampshire.
