Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Location: Hybrid (Massachusetts License Required, prescribers are expected to provide 1 in office day ~3-4 weeks)

Well-Minded Healthcare, PLLC is a clinician-owned practice committed to collaborative, compassionate care. We are looking for an experienced, empathetic PMHNP to join our growing team and help provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric services in a hybrid environment.
​Requirements & Qualifications
​
• Active PMHNP license in Massachusetts (Required)
• Graduation from an accredited psychiatric nurse practitioner program
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Valid DEA license
• Recent clinical experience in psychiatric care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Empathetic and intuitive listener
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Computer literate and confident using electronic health records (EHR)
• Comfortable prescribing controlled substance when medically appropriate
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (We cannot sponsor work visas at this time)

Key Responsibilities
​
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and manage individualized medication treatment plan
• Prescribe medications as needed to support clients' mental health goals
• Collaborate with clients and their team members (such as therapist, PCP) to ensure continuity of care
• Review and approve individualized treatment plans and clinical assessments
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR (within 24 hours of each session)
• Work independently while collaborating with the broader care team

Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers the autonomy to shape your caseload, collaborate with supportive peers, and provide therapy that makes a meaningful difference.
​Key Responsibilities
​
• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR)
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with client
• Independently manage your schedule and caseload

Qualifications
​
• Active Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW/LMHC eligible
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited program
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a telehealth environment
• Experience treating a variety of clinical concerns using evidence-based modalities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with EHR systems
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not offer visa sponsorship at this time)
