Requirements

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Empathetic & intuitive listener

• Rapport building on a virtual platform

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or closely related field from an accredited program

• Active independent MA state licensure and board certification

• Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients

• Experience providing evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations

• Computer literate

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time)

 

Responsibilities

• Building rapport and maintaining client relationship

• Use electronic health record software for documentation

• Completing documentation of client sessions within 24 hours of session

•All scheduling will be completed by the clinician

· Billing claims will be submitted by the clinician

· Administrative staff will ensure insurance company reimbursement for claims filled and submit appeals as needed on the clinician’s behalf

• Clinician is responsible for providing off hour call coverage for own clients
