Alicia Cashman, PMHNP-BC started Well-Minded Healthcare, PLLC in 2020 and has many years of experience in a multitude of different mental health settings including outpatient, inpatient, residential, and day treatment programs. She has been a member of the mental health community and serving clients in the greater Boston area for over 14 years and is an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurse Association (APNA). Over the years she has developed a strength for rapport building with clients. She takes special care to provide highly individualized support based on each person’s need. She believes that everyone deserves a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment to promote well being which led her to create Well-Minded Healthcare.

Benjamin Brondsky is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. He provides medication management for clients. Benjamin received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Benjamin worked throughout the medical field as a mental health specialist at McLean Hospital, a research coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital, and as a school nurse for Weston Public Schools. His nurse practitioner practicum experience includes outpatient care at Massachusetts General Hospital and a private outpatient practice. He has experience working with clients with diagnoses such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder. Benjamin’s experience working in a variety of patient care roles allows him to combine his knowledge of medications with nonpharmacological approaches and tailor them for each individualized client to maximize potential benefits.

Rebecca Blair has been a pediatric nurse practitioner since 2014 in primary care settings where she supported pediatric patients' physical and mental health. Through this role, she gained ample experience treating ADHD, depression, and anxiety in pediatric and adolescent populations. Rebecca completed Duke University's PMHNP program in 2023, during which time she worked with adolescent and adult populations in community healthcare clinics, a partial-hospital program and an emergency department. Ms. Blair has been trained in CBT and has studied DBT. Ms. Blair treats children, adolescents, and adults with a special interest in providing care for youth and families.

​Maria Romanoff Rand is an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has treated patients and led nursing teams in various clinical settings including inpatient psychiatry, in-patient medicine, outpatient psychiatry and as an RN in the military. Dr. Rand provides patient-centered care where she supports the patient in obtaining their treatment goals through the use of medications and therapeutic techniques designed to encourage changes in thoughts and/or behaviors. In addition to her clinical services, Dr. Rand is passionate about mentoring and education of psychiatric nurse practitioners and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of New Hampshire.

Kasia Ross is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides integrative, patient-centered mental health care. She believes deeply in the connection between mind and body and incorporates this philosophy into her approach to treatment. Kasia blends evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, and mind–body awareness to help clients understand themselves more fully and move toward meaningful change. Before becoming a PMHNP, Kasia worked as a nurse in emergency and cardiac medicine where she developed a strong foundation in holistic assessment and patient advocacy. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College and completed clinical training in outpatient psychiatry and community mental health settings. Kasia strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Michelle Birdwell is a person-centered therapist committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. She believes in a collaborative therapeutic effort and offers feedback in sessions. She believes that every mental health journey is unique and should be treated as such. In order to support this, she integrates multiple modalities tailored to your unique needs that include CBT, ACT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. Her approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, focusing on building a trusting therapeutic relationship that honors your autonomy and personal journey. In addition to a compassionate and person-centered approach, she believes in the power of humor as a tool for healing and connection. Michelle works with adults of all ages, backgrounds, and gender presentations struggling with adoption, major/minor life adjustment, anxiety, ADHD, attachment complexities, depression, nutrition and body image, self-esteem, trauma, grief, and PTSD. Michelle offers both virtual and in person appointments.

Courtney Crouch has experience working with teens, young adults, and families. Primarily, she has worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, navigating relationships, and life transitions. She values using a strength-based approach in which she can support clients to find empowerment and internal confidence while holding space and empathy for every client’s individual impactful experiences. She works to guide and collaborate with clients in processing and navigating through difficult life events. The therapeutic relationship is important to her and she highly values creating a space that presents safety and non-judgement in order for the client to come as their most authentic self. She utilizes various evidence-based modalities including CBT, TF-CBT, person centered, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care. She aims towards supporting people find hope, stability, and peace.
